Eastern Oregon Cancer Network | Pendleton | Oregon Eastern Oregon Cancer Network is a 501c(3) non-profit organization serving those who live in Eastern Oregon who are facing financial hardships related to the costs of cancer treatment. Cancer can take a toll on anyone’s budget; for those living in Eastern Oregon, it can become burdensome.
