The Mercer Family Barn was built with the purpose of keeping the Mercer Family of Pendleton, In together. We want to share that with other families.
It is a perfect facility for Birthday parties, reunions, meetings, showers etc. If you are looking for a place to have a small get together, birthday party, meeting then this maybe just the place. Tables and chairs are available as well as a small seating area. There is a refridgerator, microwave and sink for your convenience and there is also a ramp that leads up to the restroom for those in a wheelchair. Please leave a message for more information.
Unfortunately with our taxes and insurance on the rise we will need to adjust our pricing for 2026. We have not raised our prices in 10 years. We thank you for your understanding.

Are you worried about having enough space for your Christmas party this Sunday (22nd)? You are in luck because we have an unexpected opening. We are only renting the entire space for a minimum of 4 hrs. We would love to help you!
Graduation season is upon us! We have 2 dates still available. June 2nd & 16th. We would love to help you celebrate! 👩🎓👨🎓
Do you need extra space for your Christmas Dinner? We have 2 dates available for December. We have Sunday the 17th and Saturday the 23rd (this date is for the entire space only). Let us know if we can help you enjoy family with out all of the stress!

Congratulations to all of our 2023 graduates! Your high school years were very different than most but you persevered and got it done. Remember to take time to smell the roses throughout life. My Dad (David Lee Mercer) had a dream, a dream to leave our family with a place to have family get togethers. We all thought he was a little crazy to be building a home in his later years and in bad health. Well when my Dad put his mind to something it happened!
Today is his Angel Birthday and I hope he knows how many people in our community he has blessed. He only got to enjoy one family Christmas there but oh was he happy!!
Happy Birthday Dad, we love you, miss you & thank you.

We are about 90% done with the new space! We are so excited to be able offer a kitchen and family game room space. Our hope is that we will be able to bring a wonderful family experience that feels like home at an affordable price.
Price breakdown is…
Party space - $35 per hour
Kitchen- $25 per hour
Family game room - $20 per hour
All 3 spaces are discounted to $70 per hour

Today is my niece Casey Brown’s birthday. She has taken over helping me prepare for our events and caring for the lawn. My sister Penny is no longer able to do it so Casey has stepped in to help. She has been such a blessing! Please join me is wishing her a wonderful day!🥳🎉🥳
