🎉 Happy Pokémon Day Everyone! Today I finally mark something off my Pokémon bucket list (yes that’s a real thing I have), I got to celebrate Pokémon Day in Japan with friends and loved ones. What better time to mark it off the list than the 30th anniversary. Thank you Pokémon for creating a world my mind can escape but most of all I want to thank all of you for helping create such a beautiful community. I truly hope you enjoy your day and reflect on why you fell in love with Pokémon and this community in the first place.
Side note: typically after Pokémon presents I’d spend the rest of the day talking about all the new announcements. Since I’m in Japan I watched it live at 11pm and not I gotta go to bed, absolutely insane. Looks like I’ll never fall asleep tonight lol.
I actually worked! Asked her to do the “thing” to the Pokemon cards for good luck. Everyone knows the wife always has the magic! 😂

What’s your favorite? Easy answer, it’s been Psyduck since day one! Always felt like I understood Psyduck’s confused state of mind. I can relate little buddy! Wild to think I’ve been a Pokémon Trainer for the majority of my life. Like I legit cannot wrap my head around that. I’ve never enjoyed something so much as I do with Pokémon.
Let’s all celebrate together. You can show off your favorite Pokémon by using this new feature in Pokémon GO! I’ve included instructions on how to access the new feature once you open up your Pokémon GO app. You can add flare and get pretty creative with it.

🐕 My dog Eevee has superpowers! She sniffs out good Pokemon cards for me to open.
My poor hat has seen better days 😅 Anyways for some reason it’s more fun to open Pokemon cards when you have no idea what you’re opening.

The newly remodeled Tohoku Pokémon Center was really neat! I’d honestly say one of the best Pokémon Center locations in all of Japan. There was a lot of interactive elements to this one. For example you could put your hand on a touch screen to get energy from Victini or Pikachu. It also has a total of 7 exclusive Pikachu plush, that’s more than any other Pokémon Center!
😬 I have a weird Pokémon obsession, besides cards, that I like to collect. I can’t be the only one out there!
😤 She told me NO MORE Pokemon card mystery boxes…but what if like we did just one more?
