Tetramer Technologies, located near Clemson University and about a half hour from Greenville, SC, seeks a Chemical Operator to learn polymerization processes in a Research and Development environment and then transition them into a manufacturing facility.

Tetramer is seeking a full-time Chemical Operator who possesses a solid understanding of chemical processes and mechanics. The Chemical Operator will work as an integral part of the production team and will be responsible for retrieving, weighing, and mixing chemical ingredients, monitoring equipment during the chemical process, repairing machinery if problems arise, recording information about equipment and compounds, assisting in the planning and improvement of processes or products, and other duties as necessary. Depending on the production schedule, the Chemical Operation can expect to work either 12 hour or 8 hour rotating shifts.
