Hey everyone!! I'm Chloe Erdos, the Social Media Manager at Wilfred Louis Machining LLC📸 My parents opened this company in March 2021 and asked me to work on company image and promotion. In high school, I worked at the local radio station where I learned the basics of social media promotion. Next month, I will be continuing my education at Ball State University as a media major👌

I hope you have all enjoyed meeting the staff here at Wilfred Louis Machining LLC, and check in for updates on our shop tour coming out NEXT WEEK👀🛠

Meet our company CFO, Kelly Erdos!! Kelly manages all financial work here at Wilfred Louis Machining LLC, but she also contacts clients, designs company templates, and even created our company logo⚙️ Kelly met Raymond in 2002, and the couple married in 2003. Kelly has worked in finance since she entered the workforce but has spent the last 15 years as a stay-at-home mom. Without Kelly, the rest of Wilfred Louis Machining LLC would be lost💙

Tomorrow, we will introduce you to our Social Media Manager!!

Leading up to our shop tour, we'd like to introduce you to the staff here at Wilfred Louis Machining LLC!! This is our company's founder and CEO, Raymond Erdos (circa the 1990s). Raymond served his country in the United States Air Force during the entirety of the Desert Storm Campaign in Saudi Arabia. He then returned home and dedicated himself to tool and die making. He had been in this career for over 30 years before finally opening his own machine shop in March of 2021. Raymond always knew he wanted to be a tool and die maker, inspired by his grandfathers Wilfred Smith and Louis Erdos. When he was young, he found his grandfather's toolbox in the garage, and decided that he wanted to be just like them when he grew up🛠 Raymond is a proud United States Air Force veteran, tool and die maker, Christian, father, husband, and small business owner💙

Tomorrow, we will introduce you to the company CFO!!

We apologize for the delay in our shop tour video. This is our shop dog Lilly, nicknamed Lou, and she has been very sick this past week. Our social media manager and CFO have been taking time this week to help Lou heal. She is 15 years old, blind, and partially deaf, and she is a beloved member of the Wilfred Louis Machining family💙 She is doing much better today, and we plan on posting our shop tour in the next two weeks. Make sure to check in for updates, and thank you for your patience!!

Our company's name is actually a combination of the inspiration behind our founder's drive to open his own machine shop. Yesterday, we shared the story of Wilfred Smith. Today, we will share the story of Louis Erdos🇭🇺

Louis Erdos was born in Mt. Pleasant, Ohio on Feb. 24, 1905. The son of two Hungarian immigrants, Louis would also make a life-long career out of machining. He would marry Catherine Gaydos, and the couple would settle down in Kent, Ohio. They had two sons, Robert and James Erdos. Tragically, Louis passed away at the age of 46 on May 14, 1951. His legacy as a machinist is carried on by his grandson, Raymond Erdos, our company's founder, who made sure to keep his name alive in Wilfred "Louis" Machining LLC.

We hope you have all enjoyed getting to know a little bit of the history behind our company's name! We've been hard at work machining a variety of parts and can't wait to share our latest products soon🛠

The name of our company is actually a combination of our founder's inspiration to open his own machine shop. Today, we will introduce you to Wilfred Smith, the first name in our company's title🇬🇧

Wilfred Smith was born Oct. 9, 1913 in Birmingham, England. He was a life-long machinist but also served in the British Army at Malta during the Second World War. After the war ended, Wilfred moved his family to Canada, where he worked at Leland Industries, a company that produced aircraft. Eventually, Wilfred and his family would settle down in Ohio, where he worked for Chrysler Corp. and lived until his death on July 21, 1973. His name now lives on in his grandson's machine shop, "Wilfred" Louis Machining LLC.

Tomorrow, we will share our story about Louis Erdos and his legacy that lives on in our company🔧💙
