That’s a wrap on Play School week in Early Childhood Education. We had so much fun, but also ready for a nap 😴🤪

Fccla volunteered at alternatives this evening. (a domestic violence shelter in Madison County) We took dinner, dessert and drinks and had ate with the families there. Then we took a tour of the facility and learned about alternatives.
We are thankful for such a great group of FCCLA volunteers ♥️

So proud of our Principles of Culinary Arts students. They have spent the past two weeks working hard on learning about Hospitality! Today they were able to plate their own food and create their own buffet! Huge shout out to the donations that we received as well on this project!

Our FACS department has our website where students, staff, and community members can purchase items.
Shirts start at $10! Dri fit, tshirts, long sleeve, crewneck, hoodies, and a full zip! Pick the shirt, then the color, and then the logo!

This will be our last order for the school year so get your order in by April 14!

Culinary classes had a guest speaker from Sullivan University come in this week. He talked to students about Sullivan University and also taught them how to make Szechuan Ground Turkey Lettuce Wraps.

When Principles of Culinary Arts has to learn about pests and pest control…their teachers have to brainstorm to get creative! Look how awesome these students did!

Abby taught students in foods 1 how to make homemade Caesar salad. She will do great at culinary school!
