Buffalo Nations Grasslands Alliance (BNGA) is seeking a motivated leader to guide our work supporting Native-led conservation and strengthening partnerships across the Northern Great Plains.

This role will work closely with Tribal Nations, partners, and the Board of Directors to lead BNGA’s vision, support organizational growth, and ensure the long term sustainability of our work.

💼 Salary: $110,000–$140,000
