Twelve months sober today. 

More focused on music and the Dharma than ever before.

Growing in a job I love while expanding to another rewarding source of labor.

Surrounded by the most beautiful friends and family that a man could ever ask for.

In the final words of my teacher's father before he passed away; "I never thought it would be like this".

And some times, that's not a bad thing.

Triple M weekend; mountain views, misty landscapes and marmots (yes, that's a groundhog, but close enough) to celebrate my wonderful friend Amanda Giglio in the most unforgettable way as she took her vows in matrimony with the amazing man known as Kevin Wright. It was an honour like no other to have witnessed such a beautiful ceremony, meeting my dear friend David Yelling in person for the first time (after seeing one another weekly online for the past 5 years) and of course, further bonding time with Mister Noah Heau in the Hudson Valley over the weekend (even managing to find the elusive barrel-made sculpture of the Kraken near the inn).

Here's to many years of prosperity and blessings 🥂

Words cannot express the gratitude we feel to have been a part of the 2026 edition of SS Cape May.

A weekend of panels, workshops, networking, deep insights, amazing views and incredible performances from all genres, we simply couldn't be more grateful to hold this treasured memory as our first time performing outside of NYC. From new material to old songs we've never performed live before to reimagines of some of our current material, we will never forget this experience.

Thank you to all the performers, experts and audience members who made it such a special occasion, and we look forward to being a part of it again in the future.

This year of the snake has been one of shedding, growing, reflecting, evolving. Going back on stage after releasing our album and reconnecting with the energy of performing live, of bonding with all of you in a deeper way and share these precious moments together has been incredibly humbling and rewarding. For this holiday season, we want to say thank you for making this an unforgettable year.

2026 is already shaping up to be an active year for us, with a performance at the Cape May singer songwriter conference marking our first time performing outside of New York City.

Something that has brought a completely different and provocative touch, and which we plan to incorporate moving forward. Surreal experience performing at the iconic for an incredible audience a week before Halloween. The reception for our album and for the new songs has been so inspiring, powerful, moving.

Thank you to all who made it that night to make it an unforgettable occasion, to those who were there in spirit and to for hosting us. We have one final show of the year in December, details to be announced shortly.
