This is my grandson Koleson. He just turned one on April 7th. Three weeks later, he was diagnosed with Retinoblastoma - a very aggressive type of cancer. He has it in both eyes. Last Thursday they removed his left eye (enucleation) and are fighting to save his right eye. We are raising money for my daughter and Koleson for medical expenses and travel/food/etc. Any little bit helps and we appreciate every donation. Thank you for reading ❤️

To all my friends in the North Country ~ see where your county legislators stand on making Clergy mandatory reporters - Quite frankly, any clergy that would not report child abuse if not following any God - they are following their own power! Have we learned nothing from the horrific decades of sexual abuse in the Catholic Church????

Last night the St Lawrence County Board of Legislators considered a resolution on the CARE Act, which would require clergy and other religious leaders to report child abuse. The resolution failed. To Harry Smithers (R), Margaret Haggard (D), and Nicole Terminelli (D) who led a bipartisan effort to pass the resolution, we are grateful. To the opposition: your children deserve better. We will continue to fight for their safety even if you won’t.
