“Cupping” is the process of tasting, describing and evaluating coffee. Cupping our coffee weekly is a way to ensure quality and consistency in our offerings! It is a great way of expanding your coffee knowledge and developing your palate.

Don’t forget about the OPEN HOUSE TOMORROW from 12-5 pm! Come and check out the new roasting facility/commercial kitchen/shared space! Y’all get a sneak peak at the space where we get to roast up all of our coffee! 👏🏻

Ryze Collective is the space in which Peekskill Coffee Roasting Company produces our coffee! Ryze is a production space for coffee roasting and culinary creation. It is a communal space as a means to learn or perfect a craft, share ideals and collaborate with others to instill personal and business growth. Ryze invites coffee and culinary artisans to collaborate, learn and create together; aiming to inspire and to be inspired.
