Message from Our HOA President
President Bill Christian has some announcements to share with our community:
Clean-up on our mile of 260 will be on sat. May 4, 2013. We will meet at the Kohl's Ranch parking lot at 8am.
We are sad to report longtime resident George Ahlman passed away recently.
A mountain lion was recently reported sitting on a homeowners walkway to their cabin. Please be vigilant and protect your pets.
We are in need of a Firewise Chairperson ASAP. Details on ww.krhoa.com
We NEED A FIREWISE CHAIRPERSON
We are in need of a volunteer to assume the duties of Firewise Chairperson. The position requires a minimum of six hours work per year. Minimal duties include documenting volunteer hours for clean up day, providing educational materials for Homeowner Meetings, documenting homeowner property clean up efforts and submission of annual renewal application. Additional efforts or participation are purely voluntary. Please contact President Bill Christian ([email protected]) if you can help our community to maintain its current seven year status as a Firewise Designated Community.
