You deserve a respite from the many stressors of life in today’s world. Brookside Center in collaboration with Emerald Frog Reiki & More welcomes you to this restful retreat to nourish the mind, body, and spirit.

We’ll begin talking a bit about Hypnosis- what it is, what it isn't, and how it can help you. you'll have ample opportunity to ask questions before moving on to some fun suggestibility exercises. Then we'll settle in and get comfortable to nourish the mind with a group Hypnosis experience. You’ll learn a self-hypnosis technique that is easy to fit into your daily routine to help you continue your stress reduction practice.

We'll take a break to nourish our bodies with lunch, which will be provided (Final menu to be determined by participants’ dietary requirements/restrictions)

You may choose to take an opportunity to journal. Chat with and get to know the other participants as you continue your afternoon of relaxation.

The day will wind down nourishing the spirit with individual Reiki sessions. Reiki is an energy/body work technique that promotes healing, relaxation and general sense of wellbeing.

You’ll leave this reprieve refreshed and empowered.

Please see Page Events for date, time and investment. DM or call/text 401-400-2444 for more information to to reserve your spot.

Hi, I'm Jen. I'm so exited to announce that beginning in September, I will be bringing Hypnosis to Brookside Center!

Not sure if Hypnosis could help you? (It can!) No problem! I offer free Consultations so we can chat about what area of your life you'd like to make better, what Hypnosis is (and what it isn't) and how it can help you make lasting positive change.

You'll see more from me over the coming weeks. I just wanted to make a quick introduction to let you know how excited I am to work with you!
