More apologies for more delays..... Our CNC lathe was down for a Chip Auger failure, for 2 weeks...... can't make parts.
THEN, it was repaired, YEAH! Made silencer parts!!
Switch to T5 parts, Make one, check dimensions, good to go, hit run and the machine sits still........... Repairman left a screwdriver inside the machine, it fell off into the spindle encoder gear DEEP inside, severing it from the machine.... it won't move. Awaiting the repairman to come back and get his screwdriver and do open heart surgery on the SL20BB.... UGH.... another two weeks.......... we wait........... We need a vacation!!!
