2021 Chevrolet Silverado

Customer came in with a common torque converter shudder concern. To correct the issue, we replaced the factory torque converter with a new unit. While the transmission was down , we also installed new valve body pulse dampeners to help improve transmission operation and longevity.

To further enhance reliability and keep transmission temperatures under control, we added a 40K external transmission cooler along with new AN lines and fittings for a clean, high-performance installation.

Customer’s 2017 Chevrolet Silverado came in for a performance drivetrain upgrade. We removed the factory torque converter and installed a Circle D Specialties Multi-Disc Billet 3200-3400 rpm Torque Converter. This upgrade provides increased holding capacity, improved durability under high horsepower applications, enhanced lockup performance, and better overall drivability.

We’re looking to hire an experienced transmission technician to join the team at Triple P.

We need someone responsible, motivated, and that truly knows what they’re doing — this is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for somebody that can work independently without needing constant supervision or babysitting.

Must have experience with transmission removal, teardown, rebuilding, diagnostics, and installation. Performance transmission knowledge is a huge plus.

We stay busy with customer builds, race trucks, and performance work, so being organized and dependable is important.
