Just closed on this absolutely stunning property - and it wasn’t the least bit transactional! Our buyers were moving from the beach to the foothills & the sellers were moving from the foothills to the beach. The two parties accidentally met, put two n’ two together, and well, here we are. Huge shoutout and thank you to & for trusting me & in the purchase of their first home. I first met Alan at the gym about 8 years ago, where we shared investment ideas & squat racks 🏋️♀️.
