Beginning tomorrow, 10/1/25, Marylanders will see hundreds of new laws go into effect, touching nearly every part of daily life. Here are the new laws pertaining to DRIVING:

Sgt. Patrick Kepp Act:
Driving 30 mph or more over the speed limit will now be classified as reckless driving, potentially leading to jail time and fines.
Speed Camera Fines:
Fines for speeding violations captured by automated speed cameras will now be tiered based on how far over the speed limit the driver is, according to House Bill 182.
Eric's ID Law:
Allows people with nonapparent disabilities to request a "hidden disability" or butterfly symbol notation on their state ID or driver's license.
"Move Over" Law:
Mandates that drivers, when possible, move into a non-adjacent lane when approaching emergency vehicles stopped on the road and using visual signals.
Motor Vehicle Administration:
The MVA must revoke the license of someone convicted of impaired driving that contributes to an accident or leaves the scene of an accident resulting in death or serious injury.

Outstanding work and service! Tackled major paint issues likely from artillery fungus in addition to some other body damage repair. In addition had them do the headlight restoration and ceramic coat. Looks like new! In addition to excellent work they are so pleasant and efficient. Can't recommend them more highly. —DH
