You’ll have the option to work with the butcher to choose your preferred cuts and products, such as:
• Chops, roasts, ribs, bacon
• Sausage (mild, hot, garlic, etc.)
• Ground pork
• Hocks, bones, and fat for lard (optional)

⚠️ Keep in mind:
The final price will vary depending on how much sausage you want, how the pig is processed, and what portions you choose to keep. Processing fees are additional and paid directly to the butcher.
