Cub Scout Pack 50 is looking for boys & girls, in K through 5th grade, to Blast into Scouting. Kids join Cub Scouting to have FUN! While the kids are having fun and doing things they like to do, they also learn new things, discover and master new skills, gain self-confidence, and develop strong friendships. Scouting emphasizes the ideals of spiritual and character growth, citizenship training, and personal fitness.

Pack 50 held a Holiday themed meeting this evening decorating cookies, making crafts and playing games. They also completed a service project by making cards for children who are spending the holidays in Lutheran General. Finally they celebrated the top popcorn salesmen who each received a crown. Happy Holidays from Pack 50!

Recently, our Webelos and AOL dens visited the Iannelli Studios Heritage Center for their Art Explosion Adventure, exploring mediums like pencils and paint and learning about Alfonso Iannelli, a local legendary artist.

While the country waited on election night, Pack 50's Webelos and Arrow of Light scouts met with our Mayor who helped them understand local government and earn their Citizen Adventure badge.

Pack 50 kicked off the new school year with our annual rain-gutter regatta, where kids had a blast building, decorating, and racing their boats. It's not too late for new cub scouts to join. Pack 50 is coed for all elementary grade students. Contact us for more details.

Pack 50 is kicking off the new school year! Last year we dozed with the dinos, went camping in Wisconsin and indoor rock climbing amongst many other activities. If you are interested in taking your child on adventures then Pack 50 and Cub Scounts is for you.
