Great podcast. If you have pain, chronic or acute, listen to this podcast. I try to explain this (probably not very effectively) to many of my patients who are in a tremendous amount of pain. This podcast explains it very eloquently.

Happy New Year! Here’s to a great 2023! Celebrated with family and good friends this weekend. Had fun helping friends with impromptu PT sessions focusing on proper work set ups and reversal of posture exercises. Don’t start 2023 in pain. Visit a physical therapist!
