PLYOMETRIC TRAINING
February 10 -April 27, 2020

4pm-4:45pm
Park Ridge Elite Basketball is running a clinic for boys and girls in grades 5th through 8th. This program will
run on Mondays (with the exception of 3/23). There will be a total of 11 sessions. Boys and girls will be in groups
according to their grade level.
Plyometric training is for athletes in all sports! Improve your speed, agility, strength, quickness, flexibility,
vertical leap and overall level of fitness.
WHEN: Mondays, Starting February 10 through April 27 (No class scheduled March 23)
WHERE: Studio Fitness 833 W. Touhy in Park Ridge
GRADES: Boys and Girls in 5th Grade through 8th Grade (classes will be divided up according to age)
COST: $180
Deadline to register is February 3rd
This is a one-time fee. Classes will not be prorated.

FALL PLYOMETRIC PROGRAM
Park Ridge Elite Basketball will be conducting a fall
plyometric program for elementary, middle school and
high school boys and girls. Plyometric training is beneficial
for all athletes in all sports. It helps improve quickness,
strength, speed, vertical leap and overall fitness. Classes
will be taught by Coach O’Shea, who has been a certified
personal trainer for over 25 years. Each session is 45
minutes long and will be held at Studio Fitness in Park
Ridge. Each child will select two times to train per week
that work with their individual schedule.
Class Dates: September 9-November 22, 2019
