The toilet overflowed from blocked drain and a lot of water went in the basement. The hardwood floor outside of the bathroom was cupping. My sister company Mars Water Damage Restoration deployed this awesome device. It’s an industrial vacuum that pulls air thru the hardwood seams and drys the floor. Insurance companies have no problem paying for this because it saves them form paying for complete refinishing.

Fixing bad work

I scribed the drywall to the fireplace brick. Anyone else would have rough cut it and filled it with mud, which will eventually crack/be fixed/crack again/repeat. I took this picture 5 years ago to show off for my carpenter buddies. And now I'm showing off for you.😉
