Acupuncture for Back Pain: Backed by Science

A recent NIH-funded study of 800 adults with chronic low back pain found that those who received acupuncture experienced less pain, improved physical function, and reduced disability compared to those receiving the usual medical care. Even better is that the improvements were still present 12 months later!

💛 A new 2025 study found that adding acupuncture to standard fertility treatment helped those with PCOS ovulate more regularly and nearly doubled pregnancy rates. Researchers also saw improvements in hormone balance and the uterine environment, which are key for conception. 🌱 This suggests acupuncture is an effective and supportive treatment on the fertility journey and I’m honored to help along the way!
