Another wet Tuesday! Unfortunately, Tuesdays just haven’t been cooperating with us this summer.

Due to the weather, Hazzard County has been cancelled tonight and rescheduled for August 7.

Don’t forget, Captain Jack will be performing on August 4, following National Night Out, starting at 7:30pm!

Our Teen Tuesday participants had an awesome time with Flavor Labs Paramus this week! Teens in grades 5-8 got hands-on in the kitchen, creating delicious energy bites and refreshing smoothies. A huge thank you to Flavor Labs Paramus for leading such a fun and engaging program!🥤

Our Learn to Play Mah Jongg series is officially underway! Participants gathered for the first session this week, learning the basics of the game, practicing new strategies, and building their confidence with guidance from our instructor. We’re excited to see everyone continue developing their skills over the next few weeks. 🀄️✨

Our last Fun Friday was Dino-mite! During Adopt-a-Dino, children picked out their very own dinosaur, gave it a name, completed an adoption certificate, and brought their new prehistoric friend to life through creative storytelling. It was wonderful to see so much imagination and creativity on display as each dinosaur found its forever home!🦖

Last Wednesday, families joined us for COLA’s Cold-Blooded World as part of our Wacky Wednesdays series! Children got an up-close look at snakes, lizards, and other fascinating cold-blooded creatures while learning about their habitats, behaviors, and unique adaptations. Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the program such a fun and memorable experience.🦎🐍🐢
