Earlier this week, the NJ Assembly unanimously passed my bill to strengthen protections for victims of explicit, involuntary content online, including AI-generated deepfakes.

No one should ever have their privacy, autonomy, or sense of dignity stolen with the click of a button. This critical legislation, which requires social media companies to actively take a stand in detecting exploitative and nonconsensual images on their platforms, will help victims take back control and remove harmful content before the damage spreads even further.
