This is exactly why I love what I do.

She came in to create a surprise for her husband’s 65th birthday, but she was nervous. She described herself as shy, worried about what to wear, and thought the experience might be hard.

And then she said the words I want every woman to leave my studio feeling:

“You made it very easy for me.”

You don’t have to be confident before you walk through my door. You don’t have to know how to pose or how much you want to show.

Just come as you are. I’ll take care of the rest.

And yes, her husband is getting one VERY good birthday present. ❤️

Last night was exactly why we called it The Conversation Nobody’s Having.

We talked hormones, perimenopause, pelvic floor health, and all the things women experience but don’t talk about nearly enough.

So many questions, so many “wait… me too?” moments, and such an incredible room full of women learning, laughing, and connecting.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, and especially to Niva and Jari for helping create a space where we could have these conversations openly. 🤍
