Cerullo Learning Assistance Center

Bergen’s Cerullo Learning Assistance Center received the “Coaching Program of Excellence Award” from the Association for the Coaching and Tutoring Profession - ACTP.

By expanding awareness of their academic coaching and tutoring services to train student and professional tutors, the Cerullo Center is better able to support Bergen students.

“Creating an environment where both coaches and students can thrive is at the heart of everything we do and I think that intentionality is what sets us apart,” said Cerullo Center Manager Candice Kaup Scioscia.

The Cerullo Center previously won the ACTP’s 2025 “Learning Center of Excellence Award” for two-year institutions.

Beginning Monday, January 22, 2024, on-campus and online tutoring from the nationally recognized Cerullo Learning Assistance Center (Tutoring Center) at the Paramus campus is available for the Spring 2024 semester. Hours are Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Friday 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Beginning February 3, 2024, Saturday hours are 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. For more information, visit bergen.edu/tutoring.
