• 3 cucumbers, peeled & sliced
• 3 tomatoes, cut into wedges
• 1 onion, thinly sliced
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 3 tbsp white vinegar
• 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
• 2 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper

👉 Directions:

1. In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, tomatoes, and onion.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegars, sugar, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour dressing over vegetables and toss well.
