A community minded educational and leadership training association for technical professionals.
The main purpose of this association is to offer leadership training opportunities for its members by conducting various types of projects and programs; such as, community service, professional and individual development, family development, government involvement, or any other approved projets that offer leadership training opportunities for the membership.
The Scholarship Committee is evaluating the exceptional scholarship applications received for this year's awards. Thank you to everyone who submitted an application! Best of luck to everyone!
The 2016 Scholarship Deadline is fast approaching! Mail your application early so that we will receive by February 29! As an alternate, you are permitted to email your application. General Members! Be sure to RSVP if you plan on attending the membership meeting Friday, August 21! A complimentary lunch will be available to all those who RSVP. Remember: Friday is the last day to NOMINATE for next year's Board of Directors! We still have two offices vacant, Education VP and Secretary.
TONIGHT'S THE NIGHT! A Night to Explore - July 24!! SETLA will have a booth with the simulator AND a demo of SAFE Technology! (Sensor Assisted Flight Envelope) Bring the family to the Boys and Girls Club in Palmdale between 6 P.M. AND 9 P.M.--you don't want to miss this event! SETLA Members: If you are able to volunteer at our booth, please arrive between 4:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. SEE YOU TONIGHT!!
