New Menu Addition!

Panisse & Eggplant Ragoût — crispy chickpea panisse topped with charred eggplant ragoût, tahini sauce, and snap peas. This new dish is vegetarian and can also be prepared vegan.

Smoky, crispy, creamy, and deeply comforting — one of those dishes you keep thinking about long after dinner.

Two new additions to the menu this weekend!

• Arctic Char with matcha beurre blanc, daikon–fennel and dill salad.

• Salt-Cured Striped Bass with miso velouté, leek ash, pink peppercorn, and watercress.
