Giving back to the next generation of CRE makes my heart happy ❤️.

At our recent UCREW project tour of we had the opportunity to give university students a sneak peak at the behind the scenes of creating Hamlin House. We learned how the project came together, from an idea that evolved throughout the process, to design changes, and vendor hiccups. This was such a fun project to tour.

I also had the best cookies I’ve ever had in my life 😂 their Chef is the real deal. I want to take pickleball lessons and get a membership just for the cookies. Yeah.

These university students will give you hope for the next generation. So inquisitive, curious, engaging and eager to learn.

Looking forward to next year’s tour!

Discipline > Motivation

It’s something I talk about with my team allll the time. Discipline is a muscle you must continue to use. It’s easy to fall back into old habits, but as your discipline muscle grows, it bleeds into every other area of your life. Something as simple as working out changed my life in my early 20’s, but it’s something I continue to work on in my mid 30’s. Progress over perfection always.

Time for a humble brag 🙈

and I recently attended the CREW Orlando end of year Celebration of Champions at the Alfond Inn where Brooke was awarded Future Leader of the Year and I was awarded the Rising Star Award.

It was so amazing to be able to represent big for Blueprint Commercial when we’ve only just opened our doors.

Even cooler that my CREW mentor won Mentor of the Year alongside .

It was such a fun night and I’m so happy for all of the winners!

Joining CREW Orlando was honestly the best decision I’ve made for my career. I look forward to continue giving back to this organization in the same way it has done for me in such a short time.

Last night I attended the Celebration Of Champions- Through The Looking Glass at the gorgeous .

I am beyond proud of all managed to accomplish this year. She was nominated for Future Leader of the Year and will be the 2025 Director for Future Leaders amongst a boss panel of directors and executive leaders. She already knows I am her biggest fan.
