What a great time I had sharing my love of paper cut art with 15 people at the Chase Home Museum of Folk Arts in Salt Lake City today. Using some of my basic patterns they improvised some great pieces on their own. Thanks to the Chase Home Museum and the Utah Division of Arts and Museums for sponsoring this event! )Please comment on your favorites.) [The snapshots are not 1st class, but the artwork is.]

On Thursday April 9 (tomorrow) at 7:30 pm MDT (in Utah, USA) I will have an online paper cutting demo and chat.

This Japanese paper-cutter carries on a family tradition. I was impressed with the speed of his cutting and the final result.
