🏡MARKET UPDATE: The Portland Metro continues to show healthy activity heading into late summer.
Compared to this time last year, more homeowners chose to list their homes, but even more buyers successfully closed on a purchase. While the median sale price held steady at $555,000, closed sales increased 8.1%, suggesting buyers remain confident despite today's financing environment.
Homes are spending just slightly longer on the market than they were a year ago, giving buyers a bit more time to evaluate their options without signaling a slowdown. For sellers, stable home values and consistent buyer demand mean preparation and pricing remain the keys to a successful sale.
