Highland Ridge Custom Home Remodeling

The Paoli foundation is officially poured, and Chris dusted off the old drone to give us a bird’s-eye view of the action. After tree removal, excavation, forms, and plenty of preparation, it’s exciting to finally see the footprint of this addition taking shape. A lot of work goes into reaching this stage, and our crew did a great job getting everything ready for the pour. ONWARD!!!

We had a tough time getting those darn redwoods out, but with a little persistence, plenty of elbow grease, and a great crew, we made it happen.

The forms are in, and we’re just about ready to pour concrete. It’s exciting to see this addition starting to take shape!

😀Throwback Thursday💚

Back in 2019, we had the privilege of building an addition onto Brett and Heather Horton’s SE Portland home. Along the way, their little guy officially joined the Highland Ridge team with his very own custom Carhartt onesie!

We love looking back on projects like this...not just because of what we built, but because of the great people and families we got to know along the way. Thanks for trusting us with your home, Brett and Heather!

Some people are just one of a kind, and Aaron is definitely one of them.

Today marks 11 years with Highland Ridge, and honestly, we couldn't do what we do without him.

Aaron is hands down the most talented framer we've ever had on our team. We joke all the time that we wish we could clone him, but the truth is, there just isn't another Aaron.

He's loyal, hardworking, dependable, and always willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done right. When it's time to buckle down, he gets after it. When it's time to have a little fun, he's right there keeping everyone laughing. More than anything, he's just a genuinely good guy who cares about his team, our clients, and the work he puts his name on.

We're incredibly grateful to have Aaron as part of the Highland Ridge family. Thanks for everything you've done over the past 11 years. Here's to a few more.

A little progress update from the Williams Pool House project. 👏

This one started as a garage by the pool and is being transformed into a space where family and friends can gather, relax, grab a drink, get cleaned up after a swim, and enjoy the property a little more.

Cabinets are going in, flooring is underway, tile prep is done, and all the behind-the-scenes plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work is coming together.

It's always fun when a project starts looking less like a jobsite and more like the vision we all had from the beginning.
