2026 Chevy 1500 got an upgrade with one of our AlumBody beds! 7’x9’ aluminum flatbed with 38” inch lift out gates on the sides, 1600 lb capacity tommygatelift on the back and an underbody tool box from buyersproducts.

We’ve been using our CNC plasma table over the last year to bring what was outsourced part manufacturing in house! This allows us to produce what we want, when we want, and the ability to adapt on the fly should design parameters change. Big improvement!
Adding a few stiffeners to the channel on this deck where it will contact the perpendicular members. Stay tuned for this new build!
