Foundation and underground plumbing pass
We had 2 weeks stop for revision on last minutes and and today got approval to pouring foundation to follow some of things up to get permit for revision on plan witch is on hold.

We had 26 under padding 18 + 18 below some 5feet× 5 ftt. It was nightmare to pass

Half way demolition to complete foundation and make ready for concrete pouring

Beginning project at city of Irvine
Existing 1800 sq ft Demolition 1000 sq ft
Built new main 3000 sq ft 4b 5b
Adu attached 600 sq ft 2b 1b
Total 3600 sq ft new building

Simple request of our customer. Wall divider in loft area to create a bedroom with closet.
Looking like it's been there from beginning

Built 14×5 balcony with 14×12 balcony cover

Week 3rd day 12 of working on corona project 600 sq ft addition. Complete roofing exterior latch windows and doors installed. Also, rough plummbing electrical and mechanical plus hot mop . Follow after Monday's inspection.
