“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.” — Proverbs 3:5

You don’t have to have all the answers. You don’t have to know how it’s all going to work out. Sometimes the greatest act of faith is simply placing it in God’s hands.

He sees what you can’t. He knows what you don’t. And He is faithful to carry what feels too heavy for you.

Today, choose trust over fear. God is already making a way.

Another 5 lbs down! 🙌🏽

This journey has taken time, and I’m okay with that. I’m not chasing a number on the scale or rushing toward a finish line. I’m simply taking it one day at a time.

Of course, fitting back into clothes I couldn’t wear last month, like this outfit, is exciting, but this journey is about so much more than that. It’s about healing from the inside out. It’s about addressing my health, balancing my hormones, addressing trauma and allowing God to walk me through the places no diet alone could ever fix.

When God said, “Let’s go there,” my answer was, “I’m ready.”

So here I am… one step, one choice, one day at a time.

Healing is beautiful, but for me, this season is about more than healing,it’s about breakthrough. It’s personal, and as I continue to grow, I can see the changes happening not only in me but all around me.

I’m grateful for every step of the journey. Let’s go!! 💛🙌🏽

Good morning! ☀️ Don’t these two pair so perfectly together? I’m so excited to stock the shelves with my new jars!

I don’t just want to sell something that tastes amazing, I want it to look beautiful too. Every little detail matters, and I love creating something that’s just as pretty on the outside as it is delicious on the inside.

What do you think? 🍯🐝💛
