A Community of Women Transforming Lives Through Collective Giving The model is simple, but the impact is massive.
Impact100 OC is one of more than sixty chapters worldwide and joins its sister chapters in embracing the local collective giving model. Founded in 2021, Impact100 OC brings together a diverse group of women that annually fund transformational grants to local nonprofits in Orange County. At least 100 women each give a $1,000 tax deductible donation, and together they collectively award grants in increments of at least $100,000 to local nonprofits in five focus areas: Arts & Culture, Education, Environment & Recreation, Family and Health & Wellness. Each member’s annual donation strengthens the power of giving and funds the innovative projects that make a high impact and sustainable difference in our community.

Today is the day!
We’re looking forward to the OC Grantmakers 2026 Annual Summit and a day of connecting, learning, and sharing ideas with so many incredible people working to make an impact across Orange County.
We’re especially excited to have our Vice President, Betsy Busch, joining the conversation about how new approaches to funding are opening doors for nonprofits and creating new opportunities for impact.
One of our favorite parts of Impact100 OC is getting to know the organizations and people doing this work every day, and we can’t wait to see so many of our nonprofit friends today!

What a beautiful evening supporting Healing at the Well at their Farm to Table Dinner!
A few of our Impact100 OC members had the opportunity to come together and celebrate this incredible organization and the community they have built around widows and children navigating the devastating loss of a spouse and parent.
Healing at the Well provides professional grief counseling, coaching, workshops, and a compassionate community so families don’t have to walk through grief alone. We were incredibly proud to award Healing at the Well our 2025 $100,000 Impact100 OC Grant, helping them expand their programs and reach even more families throughout Orange County.
One of our favorite parts of Impact100 OC is that our relationship with our grant recipients doesn’t end when the grant is awarded. We get to cheer them on, show up for them, and watch the impact of our collective giving continue to grow.
We love being part of Healing at the Well’s journey and seeing this beautiful community continue to grow, create hope, and impact more lives. Congratulations on such a special evening!

Grant Review is officially underway!
We had such a great Grant Review Committee Kickoff Call, and we are so grateful to everyone who has jumped in to be part of this important part of our Impact100 OC giving process.
Our committees are coming together and getting ready to dive into this year’s incredible nonprofit applications. This is where the magic of collective giving really begins: learning about the organizations serving our community, asking thoughtful questions, and working together to determine where our grant dollars can make the greatest impact.
Committee assignments and applications will be sent out this Friday!
And if you’ve been thinking about joining a committee, it’s not too late! Send us an email or message us right here and we’ll get you added. We’d love to have you be part of it!

And for Impact100 Orange County, that change happens when women come together with curiosity, purpose, and a shared commitment to our community.
As we get ready to form our grant committees, members will soon begin the meaningful work of learning more about this year’s nonprofit applicants — their missions, their impact, their challenges, and the possibilities they see for Orange County.
This is where the heart of our grant process begins: listening, learning, asking thoughtful questions, and working together to discover where our collective giving can make the greatest difference.

Five years ago, Impact100 Orange County was just a vision. A simple idea that if enough women came together, each giving what they could, we could create extraordinary change right here in our own community.
Today, that vision is very real.
As we round out our 5th grant cycle, we’re incredibly proud to announce that we’ll be awarding $118,000 in grants this year. What began with our very first $38,000 grant has grown year after year, thanks to the generosity, passion, and belief of our members.
Together, we’ve now invested more than $285,000 back into Orange County nonprofits that are changing lives every single day and that total will be at $403,000 after this next grant cycle is complete.
None of this happens because of one person. It happens because women choose to show up, invite a friend, volunteer their time, serve on committees, sponsor events, host gatherings, and believe that collective giving can accomplish far more than any of us could alone.
To every member, nonprofit partner, sponsor, volunteer, and supporter who has been part of this journey… thank you. You are the reason this story continues to grow.
Here’s to five incredible years, and to the lives we’ll continue to impact together. The best is still ahead. 💙

Applications for the 2026 Impact100 Orange County grant cycle are due this Friday, July 31. This year, we’re awarding $118,000 to Orange County nonprofits working to create meaningful, lasting change in our community.

Today we proudly announced that our 2026 Impact100 Orange County members have collectively raised an incredible $118,000 to invest back into our local community!
What makes this achievement so special is the women behind it. We are mothers, professionals, retirees, entrepreneurs, volunteers, and community leaders from all walks of life. Together, we unite around a shared purpose: creating meaningful impact through collective giving.
This $118,000 grant fund represents the power of women coming together to make a difference for Orange County nonprofits and the people they serve.
