SURFACE PROFILER:
Surface finish is a critical performance driver for precision metal parts, especially in the Aerospace and Medical industries! Component textures must be dialed in to the Goldie Lox texture; Not to Smooth and Not to Rough. The surface roughness directly determines how the component interacts with its environment, mating parts, fluids and adhesion properties. Tight dimensional tolerances ensures that a part fits into an assembly, controlling and measuring the surface roughness is a critical part of the process.
