• Get help with computer skills, on the job training, vocational training, obtaining GED or high school diploma and work experience.

Bilingual Resource Room Specialist - Are you energetic, tech-savvy, and passionate about helping your community succeed?

WorkSource is looking for a vibrant, outgoing, bilingual (English/Spanish) team member to join us at our Omak office. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our Resource Room, guiding community members as they build digital skills, create professional resumes, and take the next steps in their careers.

What You'll Do
• Empower Customers: Provide friendly, one-on-one and group support to help job seekers navigate computers, software, and online employment tools.
• Lead Workshops: Design and conduct engaging classes at the WorkSource office covering computer basics, internet navigation, and essential digital skills.
• Guide Job Seekers: Assist customers with creating their WorkSourceWA accounts, conducting job searches, and building standout professional resumes.
• Bridge the Digital Gap: Adapt your coaching style to meet customers where they are, ensuring under-resourced community members gain confidence in today's digital world.

What We're Looking For
• Bilingual Fluency: Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) to effectively serve our diverse community.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft 365, Google Docs, and standard internet resources.
• Dynamic Communicator: An outgoing, empathetic personality with a talent for teaching and public speaking in both individual and group settings.
