Day 1 of CLEARing 26 things/spaces in January
I am going to use Your CLEAR Method to process my magazines!
C is for COMPASS - For me, there is nothing in my compass that relates to magazines
L is for LET GO - These are really easy for me to let go
E is for ESSENTIAL - I don’t think magazines are really essential for anyone to keep - unless you you are in the industry
A is for ADORE - I don’t “love” any magazines at this point in my life - now in my teenage years that was a different story
R is for REMEMBER - if there was someone I know in a magazine I may choose to keep it as something for to remember or I may choose to think about them and then let it go
I actually on pay for one magazine subscription- Omaha magazine because it’s local. Most of the other magazines come because a group we belong to or where we sent to school.
- Takeaway - I am going to at least quickly go through my local magazines at least once a month so if there is someone I know in them, I can reach out at “cheer” them on in a timely way. &cheer
Do you choose a word of the year? For the last few years, I've actually chosen two! Typically, one is a little more serious, and one is a little more fun! This year I have chosen CLEAR and Cheer!
I want to be CLEAR on my goals for my personal life and business!
I want to have a CLEAR mind!
I want CLEAR spaces!
I want to share Your CLEAR Method with more people!
Come along with me in January as I CLEAR 26 spaces/items from my home!
Do YOU have a WORD of the YEAR?

A photo is worth more when you share the story behind it.
Your parents left you memories.
Your children will inherit your things.
But what if they could inherit your stories instead?
Imagine your daughter holding your favorite recipe card…
and hearing why it mattered to you.
Or your grandson flipping through a photo album…
and seeing the vacations, the laughter, the life you built.
That’s what Your CLEAR Method helps you do —
bridge the gap between generations with clarity, care, and connection.
It’s not just about cleaning out.
It’s about passing down — the love, the lessons, and the legacy.
CLEAR your home
Save your memories
Leave your legacy
Because your story deserves to live on —
and your family deserves to know it.
And your family deserves to know it.

Mary’s kids always teased her about the basement.
“Mom, one day we’re just going to back up a truck!” they’d laugh.
She’d smile — but deep down, the thought made her stomach twist.
Down there were decades of her life — photos, baby clothes, school projects, love letters, souvenirs.
She didn’t want to dump it all.
But she also didn’t want her kids sorting through it without her.
She didn’t know where to start.
Then she found Your CLEAR Method — a process that helped her gently go box by box, memory by memory, with purpose and peace.
Now, the basement isn’t a burden. It’s a story she’s proud to leave behind.
Because it’s not about getting rid of everything — it’s about keeping what tells your story.

Did you go to a website yesterday that wasn't working due to the Amazon Web Services (AWS) outage yesterday?
This is why I always recommend that your MEMORIES HUB be saved to your computer or an external hard drive. Here are all the reasons I recommend this!
- It can easily be backed up (meaning that 3-2-1 can be accomplished)
- It can be accessed offline
- Metadata can be added and retained (captions, keywords, etc)
- Files can be renamed
- Duplicates can be removed in bulk
- You have total control
Cloud services are AWESOME for viewing, sharing and backups but shouldn't be the only place your memories are stored!
