Field Day Development

We love celebrating the talented partners who help bring our projects to life. Incredible craftsmanship from the Timberland Hardwood Floors Inc. team on this beautiful home!

Happy Pride Month from the Field Day Team

Happy Birthday to the Field Day OG, Andrea!

Founders are known for having vision, leadership, grit, and the ability to somehow answer questions no one else can answer — usually while solving three other problems at the same time. You’ve built Field Day into something truly special, and somehow continue to keep everything moving forward with style, determination, and what we can only assume is an elite level of caffeine tolerance.

Thank you for leading with passion, creativity, and the kind of energy that keeps everyone on their toes. Field Day simply would not be Field Day without you.

We hope your birthday is filled with great food, good company, relaxation time, no “quick questions,” and absolutely zero fires to put out — metaphorical or otherwise.

Wishing you a year of continued success, big wins, well-deserved celebrations, and at least one day where nobody says, “Andrea, do you have a minute?”

Happy Birthday!

It's always fun to walk in to a job site and see the walls going up! 😍😍

Yesterday was one of those days that reminds us why we love this work.

Courtney spent the day alongside New Visions Homeless Services and an incredible group of architects through AIA Iowa in Des Moines, reimagining how their campus can evolve to meet growing community needs. When demand shifts, our spaces have to shift with it — and that takes intentional design, collaboration, and a willingness to dig in.

We’re grateful to be part of conversations that move things forward and proud to support organizations doing meaningful work in our communities. ❤️❤️❤️

🎉 Celebrating Courtney’s 5 years of building, growing, and bringing her best to Field Day. Countless memories and a whole lot of team spirit — thank you, Courtney! 💚

Andrea doing what she loves… teaching, mentoring and inspiring future developers ❤️

Whether it’s job sites or career paths, Becky knows how to climb to the top. 🪜 We’re thrilled to announce her promotion to Project Manager at Field Day! Please join us in congratulating her! 👏👏👏

Courtney is back in the office tomorrow post-honeymoon with a new last name and a new husband. Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Josh Kenney ❤️
