Clove was a recent winner at the 2023 Nebraska Apartment Association Stars Awards!
Our model unit won Best Model Unit of 2023 due to our amazing interior designer, Melissa Williams!
Designer Melissa Williams, owner of True Blue Interiors, draws eclectic inspiration from foreign travel and often incorporates pieces she has acquired along the way. For example the two models at Clove Apartments have finishing accents from her most recent trip to Copenhagen, Denmark as well as family vintage pieces. She loves creating unique color schemes that bring vibrancy to the room. Congenially collaborating with developers, contractors, architects, graphic designers, and artists is a critical strategy that Melissa embodies. Melissa understands that life is hectic and demanding and strives to create spaces that are refreshing and relaxing for those who live there.
