Recently we helped a client address drainage issues using an innovation drainage solution. This Heathbrook commercial site fronting Hwy 200 was designed with an underground water retention system that maximized the amount of commercial space on the site. In the following images you can see the large chambers that were constructed below the final site grade. These chambers hold the stormwater run-off from the site until it is able to seep back into the ground in the same manner that an open Drainage Retention Area would. A portion of this underground drainage system is now covered by the new Bojangles restaurant’s parking lot.

Construction has commenced at 10th Street Villas. This site will have three beautiful triplexes for a total of 9 units. Each unit will also have its own garage. It's still early in the construction phase but be on the look out for more updates from this project. Construction by Cullison Wright Construction Corp.

Pastor Grant Wilkerson lays the cornerstone for the recently started United Holiness Church Multi-use building. This is an additional 5400sf building for the Church located at 1642 NW 3rd Street in Ocala. The new building features 3 classrooms, a large fellowship area and kitchen. Construction is progressing nicely.

Country Meats recently finished building another expansion on the east end of their building. In addition to a new parking lot and drainage retention area. Check out the collection of photos from the last few months to see what the site looked like during construction.

The Canterfield Assisted living facility on Hwy 200 is nearing completion. Take a look at some of our recent progression photos of the site.
