Mind Body Kinetics LLC

For those who have ever uttered the words "I wished you worked with horses AND people"... your long-time ask has come to fruition♡

2026 is the year I will be officially stepping into the human wellness realm *full-time* & I could not be more excited!

Each day gets closer to my official opening, and I can't wait to begin.

Here is a first look into what I'll be offering✨️
• Kinesiology & Kinesiotherapy
• Health & Wellness Coaching
• Mind-Body Practices
• Living with Hypermobility & EDS
• Wellness Modalities

It's now 2026 and I'm getting closer to opening my books!🥳 This is the reasoning behind my "why" for expanding into the human field, in addition to the equine field. In the midst of a broken healthcare system, I have created an integrated wellness program that is both based in science and has a holistic approach. My services are for all who want to improve their quality of life, with a special focus for those with hypermobility and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome.

Keep an eye out for insight into my services 👀💕
