Team Select’s Got Talent - and we can prove it!
We gave our team members the chance to share a talent, hobby, or passion that means something to them. Thank you to everyone who participated, and congratulations to our winner, Teagan!
Teagan is a nurse with our Boston-area team and, outside of work, is training to become a commercial helicopter pilot. She has logged more than 150 flight hours, earned an international flight-training scholarship through Whirly-Girls International, and is now just 15 hours away from her commercial license.
More than anything, this reminded us how much there is to celebrate about the people who make Team Select what it is.
Great nurses. Great teammates. Incredible people. One seriously talented Team Select!

Your first role should help you build confidence as a nurse, not leave you feeling overwhelmed and burnt out.

At Team Select, our recruiting and clinical teams work together to help new nurses understand the role, feel prepared, and find the right fit.

An SMA diagnosis can come with a lot of questions, but families shouldn't have to find the answers alone.
At Team Select, we believe supporting families goes beyond the care we provide. It means sharing trusted resources, offering guidance, and helping families feel empowered as they navigate life with medically complex conditions.
In recognition of SMA Awareness Month, we're sharing a blog that explores life at home with SMA, celebrates everyday milestones, and highlights resources that may help along the way.

Nurses, what do you value most when speaking with a recruiter?
The begins long before your first shift. It starts with great communication, immense support, and a dedicated recruiter who helps them feel confident throughout the process.
For Rashaan, recruiting is about more than bringing a nurse on board. It is about creating a personable experience, answering questions, setting clear expectations, and making sure every nurse knows they are supported from the very beginning.

When people hear "pediatric home health," they often think about medical care.
But for many families, it means so much more. It means finally getting a full night's sleep. It means attending a sibling's soccer game. It means having time to simply be Mom or Dad again.
The impact of home health extends beyond clinical care - it can help families regain moments that matter most.
Over the years, we've heard families share many of the same thoughts:
"I didn't know support like this existed."
"I wish someone had told me sooner."
Which one resonates with you most? Tell us in the comments below!
