Oak Ridge Civic Music Association and The Oak Ridge Youth Arts Collective are so proud to be part of something bigger than ourselves!
The Oak Ridge Youth Chamber Orchestra, in collaboration with Reagan Lueker from The School of Music at Tennessee Tech , proudly participated in League of American Orchestras nationwide commissioning project — Composing Our Tomorrow!
Our ensemble directed By Kathryn York gave the world premiere of Reagan's original composition, *Scarlett Turret*, joining more than 50 youth orchestras across the country in expanding the youth ensemble repertoire with bold, new works.
This project celebrates the 50th anniversary of the League's Youth Orchestra Division, and we are honored to be counted among the orchestras shaping what comes next. 🎻
Thank you, League of American Orchestrad, for inspiring this collaborative opportunity — and congratulations to every ensemble and composer who is part of this historic milestone!

What a joy it was to be part of the Women United Luncheon today, hosted by United Way of Anderson County (UWAC)!
We were honored to provide a ladies quartet to help celebrate an afternoon dedicated to the incredible women who shape and serve our community. 💛
The event featured inspiring words from keynote speaker Dr. Susan Hubbard of Oak Ridge National Laboratory, a powerful message from Morgan Vance of The Pat Summitt Foundation, and was emceed by the wonderful Karen George - Broker at Walton George Realty Group.
It was a beautiful reminder of the impact women have every single day, in our communities, our workplaces, and our lives. We are so proud to have played a small but special part in such an inspiring event!
Thank you to United Way of Anderson County for including us and for the meaningful work you do for women and children across Anderson County! 🙌
