America's Favorite Rowing Venue hosts 8+ nationally known regattas a year, training trips to rowing

Oak Ridge Rowing Association would like to clarify that a recent social media post regarding the City of Oak Ridge was made by an individual volunteer and does not represent ORRA or the ORRA Board of Directors.
ORRA values and appreciates the strong and positive relationship we have with the City of Oak Ridge. We are incredibly grateful for the partnership and support the city has shown ORRA and the rowing community over the years. The city has continually worked alongside us to help Oak Ridge remain a premier rowing destination, including investments such as the purchase of a new wakeless launch that greatly benefits our athletes, coaches, and events.
Hosting regattas is truly a community effort, and we deeply appreciate the collaboration between ORRA, the City of Oak Ridge, our volunteers, local businesses, sponsors, and community members. Together, we welcome thousands of athletes and families to our city each year and proudly showcase everything Oak Ridge has to offer.
We value our partnership with the city and are thankful for their continued support of rowing and the positive impact these events bring to our community. We look forward to continuing to work together to grow the sport and support the athletes who come here to row.
