For those who receive a copy, the original book design has been lost including by the manufacturer. I have all the copy and images - but must redo the book design and layout.

These are accidentally limited edition 1 of 10 copies - the 0th Edition.

I am recreating the design as best as I can to put online in my storefront, from memory and by eyeball referencing my physical copy, but the full release 1st edition as intended won’t be exactly the same as these 10, and will have minor unknown differences lost to time.

FWIW, if you receive one of these, they are rare versions that are now out-of-print editions, I guess.
