2001 Cheby Venture driver's seat switch inoperable. Verified power going in, nothing coming out. Switch is unavailable from local vendors and pretty damn pricey online... $150 +... Removed cover and found some crusty contacts. Cleaned the contacts, put some dielectric grease on them, reinstalled the cover, reinstalled the switch. Fixed! Works as it should. No parts needed.

2007 Ford Sport Trac towed in due to going into limp mode. All codes point towards the throttle body. Ignore that IAT code, self induced. Throttle blade had a good bit of resistance when moving by hand and would not return. Removed TB and took motor off. Found the glue that holds the case magnet had lost its adhesion causing the rotor to get in a bind. Used some Loctite 4070 to glue the magnet to the case, reassembled, cleaned, installed, cleared codes. Runs like a champ, no codes returned. No parts needed.

Customer buys a Jaguar F-Pace from a local dealership. 1st issue she had was the passenger front door stopped working. She takes it back to the dealer and they"fixed" it in 20 minutes. She made it about a month and the issue happens again. Takes it back to the dealer, they "fix" it again. Couple weeks go by, happens again. Dealer says they can't figure it out. She brings it here, 1st thing we find is the dealer was putting a larger fuse in place to "fix" the short. Big no no. Take the door panel off, follow the wires and find the issue. Repair the harness, secure it to the door so this won't happen again and send her on her way. Another satisfied customer.

Just a little before and after an intake port and valve cleaning using the crushed walnut method. This build up was done in only 26,000 miles on a turbo charged GDI engine. GDI engines require some form of intake port/valve cleaning procedure to be periodically performed, usually between 25k to 30k miles, or they will develop drivability issues when the carbon build up becomes excessive.

Little communication issue keeping the AC from functioning. Loose connection at the BCM, AC blows ice cold.

Little evaporator replacement on a Toyota Avalon. Not a single clip, screw or fastener of any kind left over! How it should be done!
