We are pleased to officially announce the renaming of Chemex Global and our sister company, KP Engineering (KPE), to Shaw Projects & Modules.

Combining our engineering expertise with Shaw's world-class modular fabrication facility in Lake Charles, La., this integration strengthens our full suite of engineering, procurement, and fabrication (EPF) project services. This renaming follows the acquisitions of Chemex Global and KPE by The Shaw Group in 2021 and 2023, respectively.

As you may remember, Chemex Global was acquired by The Shaw Group in 2021. In 2023, KP Engineering joined us, expanding our capabilities. Together with The Shaw Group, we offer comprehensive EPF (engineering, procurement, fabrication) services and additional project solutions. Integration efforts are underway, and we're excited to share some significant updates soon.
